Maganlal Parvadiya
Promoter, Chairman & Whole Time Director
Maganlal began as a cotton farmer and ginner, spending two decades understanding fibre before incorporation. Over the years he established an oil mill, a ginning factory, and later a spinning mill. Today he oversees overall management and operations of Gujarat Hy-Spin. His ground-level knowledge of cotton varieties forms the foundation for every raw material decision.
Chandulal Parvadia
Promoter & Whole Time Director
Chandulal later joined the company and today manages the day-to-day operations of the facility. With over 20 years of textile industry experience and a background in ginning and pressing, he contributes to the company’s procurement and production decisions.
